Our Solution Approach
Our design strategy focused on creating a dialogue between old and new. We carefully removed non-original partitions to restore the building’s natural flow while installing custom millwork that echoes historic details in contemporary materials. The result is a home that feels both timeless and thoroughly modern.
Every design decision was made with respect for the building’s heritage – from the restored original hardwood floors and crown molding to the new steel and glass staircase that provides a striking counterpoint to the classical architecture.
